Returns & Refunds

Thank you for choosing HarveGuds. To ensure clarity regarding our refund policy, please carefully read the terms outlined below:

 

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

Unopened Goods: If the purchased goods are unopened and in their original packaging and condition within 72 hours of receipt, you may apply for a refund.

Blind Boxes and Blind Packs: Due to the random nature of Blind Box and Blind Pack products, refunds are not supported for any purchased items in these categories.

 

  1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once the goods are dispatched, the order cannot be revoked or cancelled.

 

  1. Refund Process

Contact Customer Service: If your goods meet the refund criteria, please contact our customer service team via email at harveguds@gmail.com to submit a refund request.

Return of Goods: Goods must be returned to our store within 7 days of contacting customer service.

Unboxing Video Proof: For a refund to be considered, customers must provide a complete unboxing video demonstrating the issue with the product.

Goods Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will inspect them within 3 business days.

Refund Issuance: Once it is confirmed that the goods meet the refund criteria, we will process the refund within 10 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may require additional time to process the refund, and we ask for your patience during this period.

 

  1. Workshop Refunds

Refund Notification: If you notify us via email at least 14 days before the scheduled date, we can issue a refund minus a £10 administrative fee.

Short-term Bookings: If a booking is made less than 14 days before the workshop begins, you are deemed to have waived the right to cancel and receive a refund.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule a workshop once, up to a week before your booking date. The rescheduled date must be within two weeks of the original date.

 

  1. Non-refundable Circumstances

Beyond Refund Period: Refund requests submitted beyond the specified time limits will not be considered.

Condition of Returned Goods: Goods that have been used, damaged, or are missing their original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Second-hand Goods: As second-hand goods (such as badges, small cards, etc.) inherently come with some imperfections, we do not accept refund requests based on these imperfections.

Custom and Original Goods: All custom-made and original products designed by our in-house designers are unique and, unless there are evident quality issues, are not eligible for refunds.

 

  1. Additional Notes

Before purchasing, please thoroughly review the product descriptions, especially for Blind Boxes and Blind Packs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, especially for items valued over £50. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost, which is non-refundable.
